In therapy, we create space to explore those hidden parts of experience, supporting healing from trauma, codependency, and relationship patterns, and helping you move toward a greater sense of wholeness, balance, and self-understanding.

Welcome to True Voice
Sometimes, all we have is a whisper—a small voice inside that says no, something isn't right. We might try to silence it, hoping it will fade away. However, it persists through anxious feelings, depression, or confusing acting-out behaviors that leave our lives in limbo. I work with individuals navigating trauma, substance abuse, and 12-step recovery, as well as the impacts of borderline personality disorder, immigration, intergenerational trauma, abusive relationships, and healing from codependency. I have a particular interest in supporting people pleasers, perfectionists, and those working toward greater independence.
