How I work

I begin our work together by getting to know you and understanding your unique goals for therapy.

We will spend time exploring your story at a pace that feels right for you. Over time, we will develop an understanding of the core beliefs, emotional patterns, and relationship dynamics that may be impacting your life.

I believe every person is different, and every therapeutic journey is unique. I consider it my role to stay with you and where you are at. I prioritize following the path that your curiosity and intuition lead us toward. A central part of my work is helping people reconnect with their values, inner intuition, and authentic sense of self.

I have a special interest in early childhood development and attachment, and believe that many of our patterns are shaped by our earliest experiences and relationships.

Together, we can work with your dreams, which can offer a rich exploration of your inner world and deepen our understanding of what may be happening beneath the surface.

Weekly sessions are recommended, as psychodynamic psychotherapy is designed to create meaningful and lasting change, and regular meetings help support this process.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is supported by research and has been shown to create lasting improvements in mental health, with benefits that often continue after therapy has ended.

Through this work, clients often develop a deeper understanding of themselves, stronger relationships, greater self-trust, and a clearer sense of who they are and what they want from life.
